Hey guys happy pride month! If you don’t know, pride month is a month to raise awareness and celebrate the lgbtq+ community! It’s also the month where there is a festival called PRIDE that stands for Personal Rights in Defense and Education. It is a festival and celebration but also a protest. For the first week of pride month I drew these chars to represent these different identities. Click to see them all. There will be more coming soon! !WARNING! many wordz ahead :p here we go Beautiful Bisexual Char -maya -very nice but shy -she/her -loves soccer -loves books/ fan fiction Bisexual- bisexual is a sexuality that basically means someone likes men and women. Of course this word means a lot of different things to a lot of different people. It might mean something else like when someone likes a non-binary person and a woman or any two different genders. But essentially it means someone is attracted to two different genders. Tremendously Trans Char -Alex -supper nice -kinda athletic -likes burgers -he/him Transgender- transgender or trans for short is an identity that means your gender doesn’t match your sex assigned at birth. Someone can be born a male but feel like a female and vice versa. Being transgender doesn’t always mean that you have to get surgeries to look like how you feel because being trans is about what you feel on the inside. Some people do do that to match how they feel who they are on the inside to what they look on the outside, but some people don’t. It’s all about how you perceive your gender to be. Amazingly Asexual Char -they/them -Really cool -sorta nice but doesn’t -likes to skateboard really care, just meh :p -kinda into art Asexual- asexual means someone doesn’t find sexual attraction or have any interest in sex. Just because someone is asexual doesn't mean they can't be in a relationship it just means they don't have any interest in sex/ don't find sexual attraction and are just interested/ care about the relationship. srry ik that was a lot but hope u like it!!! more chars coming soon >:3
