Dear Scmb1, You are the most awe-mazing person I've ever met! I first came across you on your project "Make the Grade-Finals Time!". While going through the comments, I came to know we are very much similar! Even I love Maths, and Physics and Chemistry are close by seconds (just because I make mistakes while balancing equations and mess up with the "Laws of Motion" :P). Writing's been a great passion for me too. It's just that I can't swim :( Would you believe me if I said I was top in my form because of your project "Collaborative Pi"? We had to calculate the approximate value of pi in the question. Just when I was about to draw a circle and use the formula of Circumference/Diameter, I said to myself, "Hey wait! I believe I've seen something related to this on my brother's Scratch account..." (This was in 2019, and I hadn't joined Scratch then.) I recalled it all and used the formula (I was able to finish a few minutes before the bell rang, and had just enough time for revision.)" When I got back my paper, I was surprised (I actually shrieked) when I saw an A+ grade, and just where I'd solved the pi problem, my professor had written, "Really wonderful! Well done :)" They drew a smiley too!? I could have dropped my paper! The first thing I did when I was back home was to note down your username and stick it to my cupboard, so that I wouldn't forget. And, when I'd be of the right age, I could join scratch and get in touch with you. And here I am! I had even heard myself saying, "I mustn't forget - scmb1, scmb1, scmb1, sc..." I wanted to follow you first of all, but it was difficult, so I had to sift through many profiles before I found yours (I had no idea about the search option sitting right above. :P) I always wanted to help the Scratch team with one thing or the other, and you gave me the golden opportunity to do so! When I read that you wanted help with translating Scratch, I thought "Why not give it a try? You know Oriya well as you were in India for quite a long time." I never thought you'd reply back! But when you did, I was overjoyed. I immediately set down to work, and by the time the translation was done, it was well over midnight. Anyway, I was really glad that I could help you. Above all, thank you! Thank you for being what you are and thank you for inspiring me to make this. I wish I could have made it all on my own, but I'm not into coding very well.
