IMPORTANT MESSAGE: In my coming out story I mentioned how I thought I was bi and then realized that I was lesbian. THIS DOESNT MEAN IF YOU IDENTIFY AS BI YOU ARE JUST GAY OR JUST LESBIAN OR JUST STRAIGHT. I am not invalidating bisexuals at all, in fact I believe that they are very very valid, and i am so so sorry that they are constantly being told that they can’t love multiple genders(same goes for pan and omni). I am saying this bc when I came out as bi to a group of close friends the adult in the room told me that I wasn’t bisexual bc when she was you her she thought he she was bisexual but she was not, she was just straight. And that was the very first time I had ever been invalidated and it has stuck with me for years. I don’t want people to see my story and think that people can’t be bi. Pls just remember that everyone is valid, and everyone goes through bad things due to their sexuality, and when people in the community are mean to other people in the community bc of their sexual/gender orientation/identity they are just tearing apart their own community. Love is love, and EVERYONE deserves to be loved. -Jade (If y’all need help or just someone to talk to, don’t forget to head over to my profile, or if it’s private you can send me a link to a new studio where we can talk abt whatever you need)
