After the game starts, you will see a card in the centre. If you have a card with the same colour or number, you can play it. The first person to play all of their cards wins! If you can't play a card, click the "Pick a card" button. The wild card is used to change the colour and the +2 is used to make your opponent take 2 cards (This way you have an advantage) and the +4 card makes your opponent take 4 cards and you get to change the colour!
