When you start clicking it will start a 5 sec timer and measure you cps (clicks per second). After the timer is up it will show you your cps and you can start again 2 seconds after it shows your cps by clicking
note: cps may not be accurate because of how long it takes for scratch/your device/mouse (if you use one) to register between clicks
