Note: Question 4a, at first you must put in "yes" or "no" although it doesn't say so for whether or not you want to use a spell, and then the next time you put in your answer. NEVER put periods at the end of your answer; it will say you got it wrong. Also ALWAYS write a number as standard form in your answers, sometimes I made it say correct for word form but most of the time word form will say incorrect and expanded form will ALWAYS say incorrect. Follow the instructions as given, if you have any questions about what to do then put your question in the comments.
