Last night I had a dream. Or… more like a game. I dreamed of a game. ————— In the game your just a lonely [ kid? Person? Unsure of age or gender ] in a harsh world. You want things to change. As your character goes home, you see a red yarn. You follow it and it leads to your bedroom. And then it goes into the wall. The character stops not knowing how to follow the yarn, but music sounds from behind the wall. You press your hand to the wall and you go through. You land in your bedroom, but cleaner, and nicer. But the yarn is gone. The game continues, you find the yarn, and continue its quests. They become more crazy, as you become more desperate for it. But as the yarn keeps making like better for you, giving you a better home, better life, better everything, you yourself become worse. You get taller, and your back arches, you grow horns and so on. [ becoming more monster like. ] On the final string, it goes out a window. You open the window, and climb out. There’s a window next to yours. A man, or less so, what looks to be a man is sitting in his windowsill. He’s made completely of yarn. He was the red yarn you where following the whole time. He reaches his hand out, and you grab on. The screen goes black. When it fades in, you see the home you where in, but now it’s even more beautiful. The sky has a beautiful hue, and people are walking down the sidewalk past it. The camera pans to the window of the house our character was in. They’re gone. All that’s left is a single yarn, leading down to the woods nearby. The camera pans, following the yarn, and it leads to the yarn man. He’s walking, to where, we don’t know. He’s holding a leash, and attacked to that leash is a large beast. Long curling horns, sharp claws, and red scales down its back. Wrapped around its arms is instead of red yarn, it’s blue. The camera pans to the front of the beast, at a necklace it’s wearing. [ this necklace is something your character gets at the beginning of the game ] The screen goes black, and the game ends. ——— It’s weird to think this was all a dream I had. And i don’t know how I managed to come up with this stuff. And the thing is, it seems like an amazing game! It’s even got a meaning! I’m half tempted to make this an actual playable game on scratch! Although, I’m horrible at game making.
