I got this off a scratch tutorial. Assuming this character is a skydiver, they can defy gravity or create temporary anti-gravity to go up and down. Assuming this is Iron Man* or Iron Heart* they fly with the flip flops/flippers and the jet pack/oxygen tank. *Credits to Marvel Cinematic Universe
