wheeze I haven't posted for a while sorry- Pine stamped through the doors, huffing about how a SnowWing princess shouldn’t have to fly such a distance. The rest of the draganets followed her. The room was furnished with dark cedar floors, a large silver chandelier, and crystal-clear fountains with large pools every few feet all around the room. There was also a large, raised walkway through the room, and it branched off into stairs down to the floor every few feet, which divided the room into 12 sections, divided by the low cedar walkway, and covered with soft carpet. There was a section at the back of the room that was the size of 2 of the smaller sections, and there were hooks around the walls for dragans to hang their pod beds, if they had one. Sun poked Dreamcatcher. “Over there?” she pointed at the large section in the back. “Sure.” The two walked over to the back, where they found hooks high up the wall, but not too high. Pacific walked over and plopped into one of the pools nearby. “Ugh. I’m so sore.” Sun hung her bed up, after nearly getting crushed by all the pillows, and collapsed into it. “So am I.” Citrus was re-making the vine cocoons for the other PlantWings out of small pieces of the old ones. The MythWings had pointedly chosen to sleep as far away from the SongWings as possible, but they were still shooting glances at them every so often, whispering about how Duke Gryphon would be so angry if he knew that they were using griffin down. The SnowWings were sniffing at the rest of the draganets, and the OceanWings were spread out along the room in the pools, but they were still chatting, and so were the rest of the draganets, all giving the SnowWings and the SongWings a wide berth. Avalanche stomped into the room, her horn noticeably absent. “GET TO THE DINING HALL NOW OR NO FOOD FOR YOU!” She seemed to do just fine without her trademark ram-like horn. Sun joined the pack of hungry dragans out of the room, right before everyone paused. No one knew where the dining hall was! Luckily, the feathered MythWing from before walked by. “Follow me,” she beckoned, heading down the hall. She knew the ways through the large, gleaming palace like the back of her hands, and brought the draganets to the hall in no time. “Here.'' She smiled a little. “A map.” She handed it to the nearest draganet, which happened to be Pacific. Pacific rolled it up and stuck it in her bag for later as two guards, a LunarWing and a SeaWing, snapped to attention from chatting, grabbing their spears, which were resting against the wall. They pushed open the ornate doors into the ginormous hall. The Ladies were at a large table at the front of the room, and there were plenty more tables scattered throughout the room. All of the dragans slowly shuffled in and found seats. Dreamcatcher whispered to Sunrise. “They’re thinking about how the High Queen would be embarrassed at our manners!” she snickered, then quickly became serious. “She’s coming….here!”
