Features: -It can dynamically adjust the number of apps according to window size -Can display apps in pages. -Every app has its page that shows the details, icon, name, author and an install/uninstall button. Dont worry about the fact that the names of apps are just numbers. I set it to numbers so that i can easily add a lrage number of apps in one loop for testing
