I was looking at vihart's video on dragon curves, clueless on how exactly she was generating them. Then for a few frames, she shows a diagram of R's and L's that she couldn't make sense of, only until the end of the video with the folding. I stared at the diagram and figured it out, because I didn't understand the folding part. The trick is: Start with R The next one starts with your last, then add an R, then add the reversed inverse of your last. (for example, 110 reversed is 011, then inverted is 100 (inverting means changing the 1's to 0's and the 0's to 1's)) Then I realized I could draw them like this, like a jigsaw puzzle.
