Each Aerish has different patters on their horns and long elf-like ears. Aerish also have a “tattoo” on their neck that all of their relatives also have, called a Runic marking. They can control Air magic, which differs from Aerish to Aerish. Certain types of air magic is more common, but no two magics are exactly the same. Certain Magic’s provide a better status in the hive, while other types of magic is looked down upon. Køvan has no magic, which is unheard. As to why is a mystery.
