It's America's birthday! Yes! Whether you know it as the Fourth of July, Independence Day, or simply America’s birthday, this date commemorates an important day in U.S. history. 244 years ago, on July 4, 1776, the Continental Congress voted to adopt the Declaration of Independence, a document proclaiming freedom from Great Britain. And thus the United States of America was born. Each year on this day, Americans from coast to coast unite to celebrate the birth of their country with traditions such as parades, firework displays, and barbecuing with family and friends. There are so many symbols that represent the United States that it's impossible to pick just one. So, I thought of making a project that illustrated something iconic about the country. <3 Iɴsᴛʀᴜᴄᴛɪᴏɴs: ▶ Double-click the green flag. ▶ This project has three parts: ● An Interactive Parallax ● Card Creator ● Fireworks Show —————— ▶ Click on each sprite in the parallax to know more about it. ▶ The parallax works on real-time basis. —————— ▶ You can make a card using the "Send Wishes" sprite. ▶ Hover your mouse-pointer over each button to know its use. Click on "?" to open the guide. ▶ After clicking on send, you can take a pic of your creativeness. I'm working on making a save code. —————— ▶ Wow, here comes the best part, A fireworks show! Click on the screen to let your rocket blast off! Note: When the first rocket flies off, the sound might be heard a few secs after the explosion. I'm trying to fix that. —————— You can pop the bubbles! It's only possible while you're viewing the navigation pane (It would have messed the controls otherwise :P)
