Use arrow keys or WASD to move. Press R to restart if you are stuck. There are some Tetris pieces falling from the sky. Try to avoid as many as you can. If you get squished by a Tetris piece, you will lose a life. If you lose all lives, it's game over and you will have to share your final time and level in the comments. As you progress throughout the levels, the Tetris pieces will start moving faster and faster. Be carefull!
