Watch the animation. I didn't want to make an animation version of 2 projects by @4ggcV, and I didn't know which organ I could draw isn't required for survival in boys. The reason I named the girl sprite Surgeon is because I didn't want anybody thinking the girl was going to KILL Steve! Look! I even gave her proper surgeon CLOTHING! Eventually I came up with an idea. I changed the name of the backdrop to "foreign object removal surgery" and say Steve accidentally swallowed a lime-green marble.
