tips to help you feel happy > treat yourself like you would/do treat someone who you love a lot. it works really well :) > say something positive about yourself every day when you wake up. > start putting ice in your water. let me explain: ice > no ice, or in other words, ice will make you feel fresh and the cold water will give you energy. especially try this in the morning, as drinking a full glass of ice water when you first wake up leaves you more energized than coffee the more ice the better! also, don't chew on ice. it is very bad for your teeth ->- > block anyone who is mean/toxic if you can. you NEED to let go, they are only hurting you and i know that you are attached but please. they aren't helping you. if you ever need advice, i'm here. overall, drop people if they aren't adding anything positive into your life some good habits to pick up > DRINK WATER. i don't know how many times i can exaggerate this, but your skin will be much clearer, your body will be healthier, and your mind will feel more at peace. > draw a picture of something that makes you happy every day. > eat healthily, but still treat yourself when you know you deserve it > don't procrastinate. (spoiler: i do) please stop putting off your work (it just makes you more stressed) i like to have a cup of tea with me when working because it helps calm my mind, and i'll put on some lofi music as well. bucket list of must-do's > CREATE A BADDIE PLAYLIST. i know, super cliche. but you know you need it, so put together a playlist of songs that make you feel like you can do it. > find a day in your schedule where you don't really have anything to do. then, when you wake up in the morning that day do whatever the heck you want to do (as long as it's not illegal or dangerous) > cook yourself (and anyone who lives with you - optional) dinner! (or any meal) find a recipe or (kinda risky but that's what life's about) make one! story time: i decided to invent my own cake recipe around age 7 or 8 or somewhere around there and for some reason my parents let me bake it. it included 4 eggs, no sugar, and some other stuff. i'm sure you can guess how that went. it was terrible but at least i had fun doing it? definitely don't regret it :) ________________
