Hi! So as an asexual, I get asked things A LOT. So I would like to clear a few things up. And this is just me. Some other ace's may feel different, but we are all valid. Anyway, a lot of people ask "so does that mean you don't want to get married?" The answer is no. I do want to get married and have a family (maybe adopted) and be in love. Another misconception is that I don't think anyone is pretty. That's not true though. I think lots of people are beautiful or handsome. I'm just not attracted to that. That doesn't mean I won't date a super pretty person, it just means it all depends on their personality. I also don't have feelings for someone until I knows them pretty well. I've known my crush for years but am just beginning to feel romantically about them. This may differ from person to person but we are all still completely valid, even if you feel differently.
