the P.A.B.A (Protect And Bare Arms) had heard about all of the anomalous fighting going on and wanted to put an end to it, but when they got there they found a creature resembling one of their allies Glitchy-2 standing there with corpses laying around him. Apparently the leader of the Secret Federal Bureau of Investigation Force, Robin Dubank went over to that area but never came back. The helicopter pilots assumed that this Glitchy-2 like creature was the cause of all of this fighting and possibly killed Robin on his rampage.
