hi!!! thank you for viewing!!! since I've been off scratch for a little while I wanted to check back in & post some art I've done while I was gone! there's not actually that much in here (sorry) since I've been focusing more on other things but I hope you all like it :) I will also put a small update at the end if anyone's interested in how things have been going with me for the past couple months! enjoy! DESCRIPTIONS/NOTES 1. thumbnail! pretty basic but I did have fun with this, pretty happy w/ how it turned out 2. this is OLD! man! I think I drew this like four months ago but I am still reasonably proud of this (which I think is a lot to say for a four month old drawing). drew this for my friend, it's a redraw of a picture of her 3. another redraw of a picture of a friend! this is also old (would estimate at three months) & the lineart was not it so I just ended up coloring the sketch 4. suuuuuuuper late bday gift for the one the only @webkinzluver14! happy late birthday webs! so sorry this took so long to post but I hope you like it and I hope it has enough zhongli in it for you!!!! 5. SOUR! my friend really really really likes Olivia Rodrigo so I drew this for her as a poster to hang up on her wall! this is pretty new (drew it two weeks ago?) & I am proud of this a lot 6. redraw of a picture of a friend.... you get the drift.... anywayz I stepped outta my comfort zone with this one & while I don't think it's my strongest piece I am happy enough with this! it was really cool to do, to do all the lighting and the hair and everything. always happy to draw this friend (same person as 3 actually). she is so cool. love u Ramsey! UPDATES :) I know I said this was going to be small but it turned out to be longer than my stupid end of year essay so sit back and enjoy looking at my activity I left around two months ago, which was a little over a month before school let out. I had my end of year exams which I did pass! (so so so grateful I did. really thought I was going to fail algebra) they're saying we'll be able to go back in person 5 days a week which is awesome. never thought I'd be excited to go to school but I guess this is the point we are at. now that school is out I'm spending a lot of time at the city pool! I joined the swim team which means early morning practice at 8:30-9:30. was really not looking forward to this but it turned out to be okay actually! practice is obviously super tiring and I am not the best but I pass that off as the fact that I have to swim against legal adults, and (oddly enough) 16 yr olds with personal trainers. swim team is really fun though! I appreciate getting the exercise & I like that I have a bunch of friends on the team (and that I am making new friends!) and that we get to go on trips and that on Fridays they end practice 15 minutes early so we can play games like running relays in the little pool and backwards relays and sharks and minnows. I also get to go to the pool on evenings sometimes. sometimes it makes me sad because there is a person there that I like who doesn't talk to me but most of the time I feel better because I have so many other friends there and I am able to help little kids open their water bottles! in addition to swim practice I have also been lifting weights in hopes that I can be at least slightly jacked in time for my grand entrance into school next year. I also go on walks with other friends and in the evenings I watch glee with my dad. it's a stupid show but I love me some stupid things and I am holding out for the episode when they cover we are young by fun. I'm fully vaccinated tomorrow (Tuesday June 29) and I am pumped for that! Microsoft has implanted its chip in me & is watching my every move, but me? I am simply excited to not half swallow a mouthful of 'cloth' (no clue what surgical masks are even made of) every time I take a breath in. this weekend we have old friends visiting and after that we get to go and see my grandparents and aunt and uncle and cousins! I get back home in time to not miss the movie in the pool for swim team OR the annual talent show (which never fails to deliver. last time they held it my friend convinced a bunch of 6 yr olds to put on cowboy hats and perform old town road with her). & then I have early august and then back to school! life has been good to me and I hope it's been the same to you all. thank you for all the sweet messages while I was gone! peace and love! YOOO update 8/30/21 remember when I talked about liking a person at the pool who didnt talk to me. well! obviously idk if they like me back (I didn't tell them and they didn't ask lol) but we are actually like really really good friends now and I hang out with them a lot which obviously isnt dating or whatever LOL but I'm just so happy to even have that level of closeness with them. since they are so cool !
