use your mouse pointer or use touch screen to move the paddle. You have to make sure the ball doesn't touch the ground (the bottom of the tunnel background) it is fine if the ball hit ground! You get points every time the paddle hits the ball! you can play as much as you want there is no ending of the game! Enjoy!
