Although many years have past, she can never forget the water on all sides trying to drag her down under. Despite this, she quite likes rain because its a constant and stable never ending pitter-patter. She likes rain because she could never create a stable relationship with her family or friends. She lives in a cave and always have although she moved out of her parents cave recently. She lives high up in the mountain where she managed to befriend birds and squirrels. She can't understand them but they seem to understand her emotions and feelings. They exchange gifts and company. The birds and squirrels are quite clever so Jade has taught them all games such as chess. Jade enjoys her quiet life and sometimes travels down the mountain to the village. The villagers aren't exactly her friends but their quite friendly and have developed a kind of bond with Jade.
