ocs are, from left to right: lavender / lilacpetal, icestar, and hawthorn / hawkthorn! made on browser mspaint :-) the audio is little kandi raver by S3RL! all three of their designs are kinda an amalgamation of all the different ways i've drawn them over the years since their designs were always very inconsistent. i also tried to mimic the 2000s-2010s style i so desperately wanted to be able to recreate when i was a kid. i hope u enjoy it!! oh boy, so 7 years ago i made this account, and it was the first EVER social-media esque platform i had ever owned. it was the first place i was ever able to post my own art and see others, it was what really drew me (hohoho) to online art and online art communities, and what really inspired me to be better and work on my art, and to draw things that made me happy! so flash forward seven years (WOW), i've improved a LOT. i'm making full pieces both in traditional and digital forms, i'm posting my art online, etc. etc. but i CANNOT stop thinking about this silly little website. these are ocs i either havent drawn in years or have only used recolored bases for and i find myself thinking "man i always wanted to draw these characters but never was confident enough in my abilities to." "WAIT. I CAN DRAW THEM NOW!!!" so! this is as much a love letter to little me when i first started this account (he would lose his MIND if he could see this piece) as it is to every other beginning artist out there: don't worry about your skill level, and if it makes you happy to draw it, draw it!! you can only get better from there! a lot of pressure it put on improving and accuracy and doing better but at it's base it's about enjoying creating and what you are creating. i didn't use a reference for this! so the anatomy SUCKS!! but i had a good time! and that is the point :-)
