Part 2! I just put some pics i liked there. Q16: What do you think of Harry Potter and/or The Percy Jackson series? A16: I haven't read The Percy Jackson series yet, but I plan to! “Harry Potter” will always have a special place in my heart, but the actual writing of the books is horrible. Bad pacing, really bad world-building (but also good, it hard to explain), and the characters. THE CHARACTERS. They had so much potential, but I feel many of them were ruined. Also, the obvious problematic stuff in the books? Cho Chang being named “Cho Chang”? The way the Parvati twins were written? At this point, I respect the fandom more than the actual material. Q17: What tv shows are you currently watching? A17: “The Untamed”, “Loki”, “Prodigal Son”, “Attack on Titan”, lots of other stuff. I’m a multi-tasker. It’s a problem. Q18: Are you a hopeless romantic? A18: Most people who know me think I don’t like romance, but. Yeah. I’m a hopeless romantic. People just don’t really expect the mushy stuff from me. Q19: While on that topic, what’s something people are often surprised to find out about you? A19: Um, I like flowers? Like I in depth love flowers. I like doing cute things, now and then. One time during class, I drew a small flower doodle near where some of my friends were playing Hang-man on the white board. And my friends were really confused about this. They just found it so bizarre that I drew a flower. One of my friends asked if I was possessed. Q20: Do you like anime? A20: Yes, I do. It annoys me a lot that now it’s popular to like anime. I have watched anime since I was really young, stuff like Natuto and Attack on Titan since I was in 1st grade. (I'm not even kidding when I say that young) I started off with Studio Ghibli, and I was literally bullied for it when I was young. Not a lot, but my classmates would be like “that’s weird” and in their little kid way show me I was weird for liking anime. So I sort of just stopped being so open about it, and now everyone (including the kids who said it was weird) wears the same generic HunterxHunter shirt. I’m glad other people now have the same interests, but I really wish the same people who were mean to me about it acknowledged they were wrong. Anyway, sorry for the long-ish rant. Q21: Hogwarts House? A21: I’m a slytherin, hiss hiss birch. (I can say that right? If I censor it?) Q22: What are you really scared of? Q22: I’m scared of a lot, but probably not being the best. Failing at stuff. Also just the passage of time is jarring for me. Q23: What language do you speak? Q23: I speak English. I sort of speak Portuguese, like I understand it well enough, I just have a hard time coming up with the word when talking. I’m trying to get better. I’m learning Mandarin at school and I'm having lots of fun with it. I sort of know the hebrew alphabet, and can sort of read (read, not understand) hebrew, since I went to Hebrew school. But it’s been a while since, sooo. Q24: Are you a righty or lefty? Q24: I’m a righty. Mum and sister are lefties, though. Q25: Do you play sports? Q25: Ha, no. I was forced to play soccer by my parents for a while. Didn’t like it much. I got to like, yellow belt (w/ a stripe)in taekwondo, but cracked under the pressure and quit. I never loved it much anyway. I did fencing recently. Cracked under the pressure too, and quit, which was too bad because I really did like fencing. I might go back, one day. Q26: Favorite music? Q26: I like Regina Spektor a lot. Mitski, Penelope Scott, a lot of other ones, but I already wrote too much for the other questions, lol. Q27: Least favorite movie/tvshow/book A27: I don’t like the tv series “Go!”. My mum and sister/brother got really into it, and I just. Hated it. Room is a horrible book but so funny to read. Caraval is just bad. Q28: What’s something you hate but everyone likes? A28: I really dislike the writing for Harry Potter (as I said before) and a lot of my peers just don’t get it. Q29: What’s something you love but everyone hates? Q29: No one in my family likes Mochi too much. I think it’s great. Q30: Favorite school subject and least favorite? Q30: I love ELA and I thought I would hate maths most, but TechEd has really outdone itself in the “Jess’ hate'' department. Damn you, TechEd. Q31: How’d you come up with your username? A31: I didn’t. This is my brother's old account. He gave it to me. The “About Me” in this account is actually about him. That’s why I’m making this. I’m guessing Maple-Tea was a parody of his old acc Willow-Tea. Don’t know how he had come up with that one. (BTW, yes this again, go follow my brother ! I love him very much.
