I've decided to add some major updates to this project, though unfortunately, my account has been acting up and won't let me create a new project to update this in. Because of that, I'm putting this project on pause for right now, which means no new adoption or fostering requests at the moment. Don't worry, those of you who are already in the process of adoption or fostering can finish filling out their forms and create homes for their furry friends. Thank you for understanding!*** Click the green flag and then the shelter to start. Once you are inside, you can click the doors with the signs that say "Dogs" and "Cats". Then you can click each animal to find information about the animal, including the animal's name, gender, breed, and what it's available for. If an animal says that it is available for foster care, then you can apply to foster it. If an animal says that it's available for adoption, then you can adopt it. You can find info about adopting, fostering, and more when you click the info desk. Updates: *December 5, 2023: Hey guys I'm back! Sorry I was inactive for a bit, I'm working on adding more animals and maybe update the art a little. You can now adopt up to 2 animals at a time, and foster up to 4. Remember, if you choose to foster, other Scratchers will be able to adopt them from you. Thank you for continuing to play this, even though I made it 2 years ago. Happy holidays everyone! *October 14, 2021: Sorry, due to lack of animals, you can only adopt 1. If you foster an animal and someone else adopts it, then you can have another. You can also surrender your animal in order to get a new one. *July 13, 2021: You can now adopt cats! Click the cat door to visit them!
