The paddle is controlled by the mouse. Don't touch the orange on the bottom. Click the green flag twice to start over. You win at 200 points, which isn't THAT hard to get to due to glitching. You have a time limit of 2 minutes. You have a limit of 10 deaths. Press space to reset deaths (I suggest you do that before even beginning to play). If you do make it to the death screen and want to start over, press space then the green flag.
