Yep. Project pretty much explains all. Press space or arrow keys, either will work. When you get to the part that says "April 13th", you have to press space/ arrow keys twice for some reason, so just do it. So, yes, I'm leaving for a short while, so I decided that before I left I'll just show you my progress on the Better Run AMV I've been working on for the past few days.
