-○-○-○-○-○@> Welcome to Mastermind <@○-○-○-○-○- How quickly can you break the code? -○-○-○-○-○-○-○-○@> How to Play <@○-○-○-○-○-○-○-○- (These instructions are also in game) To play, click a sequence of colors that matches the length of the code you selected, and whether you enabled duplicates or not. Your guess will be compared to the actual code, based on these symbols: ○ - Correct color, wrong spot ● - Correct color, correct spot Using this information, create a new sequence, until you eventually get the code right. The color that the grade is under does not correspond to the color it is grading. Drag the bar on the right to see all of your guesses. -○-○-○-○-○-○-○-○-○@> Notes <@○-○-○-○-○-○-○-○-○- If you have never played Mastermind, it is best that you press "H" and read the help screen before you click start, because the menu will be hard to open and read while the project asks you about code length and whether you want duplicates enabled. If you accidentally hit "Start" and you are still confused, you can simply restart the project or read the "How to Play" section of the Notes and Credits. Because of the scrolling feature, this project uses a large amount of clones. It is recommended that you stick to under 5 as a code length, and you may notice that you run out of clones. Currently, to fix this you'll just have to restart the project. (Consider this a "loss": the shorter the code, the more attempts you'll have and the easier it'll be.) However, you will technically still be able to play, you just won't be able to see your most recent guesses or the grades you got on them, making it extremely difficult. This is a simple project for a coding class I'm in, so it's likely that I won't fix any major problems like this or add in fancy details. Feel free to remix if you'd like to add something yourself! -○-○-○-○-○-○-○-○-○@> Credits <@○-○-○-○-○-○-○-○-○- Coding: @--Dovewing-- (me) Music: "Concentration" by @--Dovewing-- (me) using beepbox.co -○-○-○-○-○-○@> Thanks for Playing! <@○-○-○-○-○-○-
