Hi. Congrats on 500+ (but I checked and you’re at like 700 now?!), @Bunny_2209! And sorry! This was kind of a rushed entry, since I’m working on other stuff *guilt* but I saw this character and yep. I was like, “I have to do this.” Somehow I managed to draw this in just a few hours.... Space to view process! (Kind of. I always forget to save the drawing time to time so.... o_o Sorry. It only shows the sketch, the lineart, and the drawing before “special effects.”) Okay, backstory time! Name: Ayane Suzuki Gender: Female; prefers she/her Age: 26 Personality: Generally outgoing, but she’s sometimes shy about things. Doesn’t like to brag, though likes it when her friends say something cool about her to people. Story: It’s not much but Ayane was raised in a musical household! Her dad was a music teacher and her mom was a private tutor. Her brother was incredibly good at piano and cello, and so she was told that she should be just as good. Unfortunately, Ayane didn’t get the “music genes” and had interests in other things! Her parents were both worried and unhappy: Why was their daughter uninterested in the very thing they had placed in her life from the time she was born? (Literally. When she was born they played Mozart’s Fantasy in D-Minor *lol*.) Eventually Ayane had enough of her family’s music obsession, and quit piano. She never practiced again. At that point, she was around sixteen. One day, she went to the beach. It was still in the middle of winter, so it was a cloudy, dreary day that made her grimace. She didn’t expect to fall in love with the waves at the beach, to see how amazingly beautiful the previously-dismal-looking clouds looked in their reflection in the water. Soon enough, she began doing oceanic activities such as surfing and body boarding. She loved it. Her parents found out she loved the ocean a lot, and accepted it. To this day, she looks forward to summer, where she can be at the beach all day long. “Hello, Summer.” Hope you enjoy/enjoyed! All art is by @UnfunnySaoirse on Ibis Paint X. Please do not steal, trace, copy, post on another website, etc. Thank you <3 Fun fact: The eyes weren’t working so I ended up not drawing them. Also, the sun is supposed to be reflecting off of the sunglasses Ayane is wearing. It looks weird, though.
