For anyone who doesn't know how to use a parallax: I'm not really sure how it works on mobile or a tablet but on a laptop, move the mouse or cursor in a direction and the parallax will move in that direction Notes: This is my second parallax and the second project I have posted after being offline on scratch for awhile.
