Hey! I thought it would be cool to do an art process to go along with one of my entries. So here it is! ▫ Constructive criticism welcome! - - - any key or ‘next’ button for next step - Full screen recommended! - - - [ process ] 1. The sketch-it's quite messy and one of the eyes is missing because I usually like to put it on after I don’t know why 2. Lowered the opacity of the sketch so it was easier to see the lineart 3. The lineart! I hid the sketch and made the background dark 4. I filled the art with a solid color and put it on alpha lock so I don’t color outside the lines! I also put on a reference of my other entry :o 5. Filled in the design colors :) 6. Filled in the background 7. Shaded behind the character 8. Shaded the character and added highlights 9. Added dirt to the background to make it more realistic-ish :P 10. Colored in the inside lineart, put highlights on the eyes, and added the other eye 11. Added my watermark for the final touch! 12.
