Note: @Starr-form 's dmc is rlly underrated, so be sure to enter if ur interested Art process: 1) The very basic 'N' rough pencil sketch: I prefer doing my sketch on paper, because I'm more used to it. I know it looks kinda creepy, but it'll look better after I draw on it with a pen, hopefully. 2)Yayyyy the sketch's done :D 3) The line art's done, too :D (Tip: try making the edge of your line art thicker than the inside part as this makes it pop out more whatsoever ) 4) The base colour (Tip: Avoid using colours like 1) Pure black 2) Pure white or 3) An extremely saturated or muted version of the colour. Also make sure the colours harmonize with each other pretty well) 5) Testing on different colours with the layer on "Soft Light" mode, to check which one looks best on the base. I eventually chose the dark blue shade. 6) Shading 7) Highlights: I used her hair colour, with the layer on "Screen" mode, with full opacity 8) More highlights 9) Heyelights, lol 10) Coloring the lines: I do it by clipping a layer to the outline, and colouring it with a colour darker than the shading 11) Ta da! And It's done!!! :D ( and pls don't copy the exact same way I do digital art, ty ) Credits: Art: me, @What-is-my-username- OC: @Starr-form Music: Judgement of Corruption by Mothy Akuno Software: Lavastudios.io (replace "Lava" with "Magma", and it's online) And I hope you found this helpful :) #art #artprocess #digitalart #dmce #arttutorial
