Fernfeather was sitting by a stream one morning, when Leaf wandered over. They had a conversation. At first, Fernfeather wasn't sure if she could trust him, but he stayed friendly and she realized that he was nice. When she told him about losing her Clan and not having a home, he suggested that she come back with him, to meet his sister and her kits. Flower, Leaf's sister, was kind of unsure about Fernfeather, and didn't really want her around the kits. After they talked for a bit, though, she decided that Fernfeather was all right. The kits loved meeting her, and Birch showed her a Cool Leaf he'd found. The adults traded stories until the sun started to set, and then they all went to the temporary den Fernfeather had found. They had decided to travel together, until they all found a good home.
