Here is the poem :) ṭһє ʟѧṡṭ ṡȗṅṡєṭ I sit beside a window strewn with tears From the sky, glittering like stars in water The dew glistens and the buds open At the faint gleam that comes at the end of day. Even the proud trees hold their branches high Beseeching a share of the golden light To carry through the night on their leaves Candles sailing on a lightless sea. The sky glimmers as gilt shadowed by a veil Cascades of blue, and silver, and glittering gold On which the shadow of night lies, ever hiding The still beauty of heaven's splendor. The mountains, snow tipped, robed in brown Look up at this resplendent sight And sigh, as a sliver of wonder races down The candescent canopy shimmering. I sit beside a tear-strewn window Gazing at the glory of the evanescent light As the stars appear, and the moon rises I watch the last sunset.
