Notes & Credits

Just testing to see if a randomizer could replicate the basic shape of the cosmic web. The cosmic web is the large-scale structure of the universe. I added the expanding circle in the centre to show that the expansion of universe in this project is specifically programmed to be at a fixed rate instead of accelerating. In real life, the expansion of the universe is getting faster and faster, which has been proven through the measurement of redshift, and the rate of acceleration is called the Hubble Constant, named after the scientist who discovered redshift, Edwin Hubble. I am not as advanced in those parts of astrophysics, so that is why for this project I decided to leave out the Hubble Constant since it was way out of my knowledge when I tried to add it into a basic program.
