-Press the green flag and watch the numbers fly! OR: -Turbo mode to whiz through the waiting and see the graph instantly ([SHIFT] + Green Flag). -Control the number of rolls using the slider. (From 50 to 1 500!) -[R] to reset the number of rolls to one thousand
Man, this project has really blown up in the past week! Thank you, guys, so much! Credits: 100% My code and art THIS IS THE SECOND EDITION, SEE THE FIRST EDITION HERE: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/544848175/ Notes: I created the project above because I was wanting to see if Scratch picks certain numbers in its random number generator over other numbers. If you click the link and run the project, it doesn't appear that this is true. It looks as if Scratch balances the numbers it uses and is true to its name. HOWEVER, I had heard that dice was different. * So, I made a project that picks two random numbers between 1 and 6, adds them up, and graphs them. Run the project and see for yourself. (The taller the graph, the more the number of times it appeared!) 7 is the most popular number. Now I know! *(P.S. I already knew it was going to do this, but I just made a project on it just as a simulation. Thanks for pointing this out, @gregatku !) #simulations #simulation #random #numbers #whydoitag
