When you just use the normal Scratch website, both of the blocks will say "No". When you use TurboWarp, only the "is turbowarp?" block says "Yes" but the "is forkphorus?" block will say "No". When you use forkphorus, only the "is forkphorus?" block says "Yes" but "is turbowarp?" block will say "No". Come on, give it a try! Do also note, you can use the blocks. They work perfectly fine. Just go to the "The Blocks" sprite and there you go.
