Dev (Devon), an assassin hired by the A.A.H.W to kill Hank, but unfortunately killed by Tricky, he's revived to live again! And this time, he's sworn revenge against the A.A.H.W and Tricky. For some reason, he keeps at least 1000 bullets with 10 guns inside his jacket. Thanks to luke3104 for making basically all the guns in this animation. BTW, He can take down a MAG V4 with his hands. He also can die but the Higher Powers find his attempts to kill about an infinite amount of people amusing, so when he is in Purgatory, he warps back to the world. I declare that this happened after madness combat 3.
