This is my entry. You have to press the green flag twice! I made it all in Scratch Vector. It's Mount Fuji. This is actually my first parallax. Overall, I'm quite happy with how it came out. I hope you like it! Press "a" to reset it and make it still, so that you can look properly at the art. Press "p" to turn it back into a parallax. The word is "peace". I made the blossoms at the front blurry, so it seems like they are part of the foreground.
