Inspired by diep.io (obviously) Notes: Bullet speed affects knockback (unlike the real game) Friction affects turning speed too Range affects both raw frames the bullet can travel and speed falloff Bullet mass effects reload, bullet speed, knockback, and range The bullet velocity still has a few bugs I can't fix because I don't know physics well enough, but otherwise I'm very proud of what I did here.
