Zia's oc, Seven: ══════════ ☾ ═══════════ anyway, meet Tayer, my home district bean :) she is 16 years old, and is very skilled with throwing darts. the scarf she wears was her aunts, who was a narrow 2nd-place tribute. ══════════ ☾ ═══════════ Tayer's backstory: Tayer's parents ran the butcher. however, her mother d1ed giving b1rth to her, so she never met her before. because of this, her older brother cursed her for supposedly k1lling her. when she was only 14, her father was working and got attacked by a swarm of tracker jackers. he miraculously survived, but the venom drove him mad, causing him to be sociopathic and destructive. he had to be taken away, and Tayer and her brother went to the community home. As her older brother cursed her, he seemed to punish her by making her turn in for tesserae. However, she knew that there was a small group of siblings in the community home, underfed and weak. they were only 9, 11 and 3, and too young to do tessera.
