The plane follows the mouse-pointer, and stops when it touches it. Space or mouse click to shoot bullets. Disclaimer: I am still relatively new to game-making, and mobile controls are not my area of expertise, so even though this game is mobile compatible, it is much harder with a phone or ipad.
