Man, this is my first scout rifle review. Get with the program, me! So anyway, the Mida Multi-tool is one of the only exotic scout rifles in the game. I only know of two, Mida Multi-tool, and Fate of All Fools. I will do a review on that later. If you want speed, then Mida Multi-Tool is for you. One of it's upgrades, Lightweight, enables +2 character speed and another upgrade, Mida Multi-Tool, enables more move speed and not a full trigger pull to shoot. Also, with Murmur, a legendary fusion rifle unlocked with Eris Morn quests, which also has Lightweight, you will be very fast. Especially as a Hunter. One of the coolest features is an upgrade called Third Eye which enables you to have the radar when aiming down the sights. This gun is good for both PvP and PvE. This is the rest of the upgrades. Soft Ballistics: Less recoil. Penalty to impact. ◾CQB Ballistics: Greatly reduced recoil. Significant penalty to range. ◾Smart Drift Control: Predictable and controllable recoil. Penalty to range. ◾Third Eye: Radar stays active while aiming down this weapon's sights. ◾Upgrade Damage: Increases Attack Power, allowing this weapon to cause more damage. ◾Lightweight: When held, this weapon grants +2 character agility. ◾Quickdraw: This weapon can be drawn unbelievably fast. ◾Field Scout: Maximum Ammo capacity. ◾MIDA Multi-Tool: This weapon boosts move speed and fires on a hair trigger. ◾Upgrade Damage: Increases Attack Power, allowing this weapon to cause more damage. ◾Upgrade Damage: Increases Attack Power, allowing this weapon to cause more damage. ◾Upgrade Damage: Increases Attack Power, allowing this weapon to cause more damage. ◾Upgrade Damage: Increases Attack Power, allowing this weapon to cause more damage.
