This is Jacqueline, aka Jaq, from the world of keeper of the lost cities. She manifested as a telepath, and since elves usually don’t get more than one power, everyone assumed that was it. Her mother was Talentless and her Father was a “talentless” pyrokinetic. Well, it turns out that Jaq isn’t just a Telepath, she’s also an enhancer. However, she didn’t know this until it was too late. When she grabbed her father’ s hand, she accidentally enhanced him, and since he hadn’t used his power in so long, he lost control and accidentally burnt down their house, killing himself and his wife. After the fire, the only thing that had survived was a blue crystal. In despair and grief, Jaq used the crystal to leap to the Lost Cities, where she now lives. However, the council thought she died with her parents, so she has a wandering next to theirs. Jaq made it her goal to travel the world and see as much as she can.
