~ watch me cry, my little child as tears flow wild and free and leave no golden mask for me to hide behind wait one moment for my gaze when words will not suffice my heart shall not be gripped in ice to hide the pain do not fear their piercing stares deep in the woodland wide where we all march in solemn lines to be compared each of us is twisted, child we all step off the path we try to hide; from fear we laugh at all things wild watch my tears without remorse each one reflects the light in different ways, yet all are bright from just one source watch the rainbow glow so wide made from a million stars cast off your cloak, for we all are the same inside you have seen my secret heart the song sung silently and i have reached my journey's end now yours shall start take my torch and hold it high and share your twisted years the joy, the smiles, the pain, the tears with those blind eyes watch me cry, my little child my tears shall keep you safe they won't take you with armoured strafe as they did I goodbye my child ~ comment 'be yourself' if you understand this poem

Each of us believes that we are alone in the world - we hide ourselves because we think we are too different from the rest. But if we are all different, then isn't that a quality we all share? Maybe there's no need to be afraid... ~ if i was wrong then...whoops :/ ~ Thanks for reading this. Whoever you are, I know that you are amazing in your own way, and I hope you have a beautiful day. - Eagle138 ~ Edit (12/04/22): Came back to this after a day or so off Scratch and I was so excited to see how many people have seen this!
