This one I also didn't have the motivation to draw, but not because of the reason I drew it, but I wanted to draw something for a project unrelated to the series. When I switch the drawing I'm doing partially through finishing it, I don't finish either of them, and I miss my daily post. Also, I really miss drawing Sixtale Frisk. Even though this isn't the one I decided on, it was still the same idea. These descriptions take a wacky amount of time anyway, so the time I post is set back from typing all of this out. Anyway, the character is the original now deleted Sixtale frisk
So the color palette was surprisingly ok, which now makes me worry about the design for when she was updated. (spoiler alert: I was fears came true :))) But the black and purple were super easy to work with. What I don't like is that I sort of thought everything had to be a different color. Her eyes and stripes can be the same color To deal with this, I thought about the fact that I wanted the mini poncho thingy?? to be its own unique shade of white. As well as the fact that without it the hair and sweater would be black on black. That would be a problem if it wasn't 100% opacity. I agree with the eyelashes being primarily on the bottom, but in the way, it looks like she legitimately has no top eyelashes. Her expression is so much of nothing, that it's sort of funny. It doesn't show any part of what I was going for. She was supposed to be scared of all the monsters, and that's why I didn't like her. I thought I'd show more of that. I think the worst part is how stiff the pose is. She doesn't have much life to her. Her arms look like they're trying to make room for her torso. I just felt like I really had to do this drawing justice. And ofc not giving her a simple headshot or a really nothing pose Anyways, that's today's art. Hope you liked it.
