Hello everyone! It’s Movement Week at Scratch Camp, and because of that I am making a project for Mindfulness! We all know that when we do LOTS, and I mean LOTS of exercise, we might feel a bit funny and puffed out, but I’m going to try help that! For this you will need to get comfortable clothes on(loose t-shirt, joggers etc.), a water bottle, and somewhere comfortable and quiet to sit. This project might help, because we’re all different, and that’s what makes us special, and most of all unique! I really hope this project helps to be more calm and happy! Stay happy, healthy and have fun!
