Click Eeevee (or Eevee's evolution) and buy more Eevees evolutions. When you are buying six first evolutions you shop swaps and you can buy three more evolutions. Move your mouse (or your finger) at the top of the screen, if you want open shop. You can buy only one time all characters. I'm so sorry if this text has typos.
