(172 words) "The bell chimes on the door handle as I step into the shop. “Welcome, to the Shop Of Wonders,” The cashier tells me. She’s rummaging around in a bin at the back of the room. She lifts up a violet sweater and tugs on the tag a little, and the sweater shrinks slightly. She hands the magical article of clothing to the only other customer in the shop. The customer smiles. “Thank you,” She says. She doesn’t sound surprised at all, like she’s seen it happen before, even though the shop only opened a few days ago. I’m a little more surprised… I feel like the world just got a few shades brighter, and I look at everything with a new interest and perspective. Is everything here magical? Or just the sweater or things in that bin? I ask myself. I walk over to a wall covered in shelves, covered in a million interesting things arranged in a spiral. I pick up a wooden bear, and the cashier walks over to me.
