FOR ALL MAXIMUM RIDE FANS!!! For those of you who don't already know, there is a new Maximum Ride book! Its not from Max's perspective but its of the same universe :) SPOILERS AHEAD I thought it would be from Phoenix's POV since she's Max's daughter but apparently not :/ Its from the POV of a girl named Hawk which is the title of the book so its following that Maximum Ride tradition :) If anybody wants me too ill put in a picture of the little summary blurb :) I literally just got this book not even 20 mins ago at Walmart and just got home so I'm gonna go read it now and let anybody who's interested know what I think.
My thoughts: SPOILERS AHEAD!!! Prologue thoughts: So I'm pretty sure Hawk is a normal person, not a human hybrid, which is weird because I thought only hybrids and a few humans survived the explosion and years underground. Although, to be fair it has been around two years since I read the last Maximum Ride book, so I could've just forgotten a few details. But she's still a kick-@$$ female lead so I'll take it B) Chapter one pg one: Holy fudge I love her qwq, you've gotta read at least the first chapter guys TTwTT Chapter one: can a normal person jump ten feet in the air O∆O I don't think she's normal no more guys... Chapter two: Dude she thinks max is a comic book character _ but she looks up to her so much _ Chapter three: TF! SHE HAS KIDS?!?! ...... I'm kinda scared they're gonna get murdered or smthn O-O Chapter Six: OH SHEET SHE DOES HAVE WINGS WOAAAH!!! Chapter seven: Oooh they're orphans she feeds... I should've guessed that... It seems obvious now lol. I'm pretty sure one of the kids has autism but I'm not sure :/ Chapter eight: Ooh a supposed child murderer FUN I'm kinda scared that Ridley is gonna be another Hedwig qmq Chapter ten: Oooh doctors wear black lab coats in this world/era~ Chapter eighteen: HOLY SHEET!!! SHE *IS* PHOENIX!!! YES! I just finished it and holy fudge its so good qwq I'm pre-ordering the second I want to know where Ridely went for the second half of the book and how the flock knew her name ?
