Never drew Innkeeper and Newcomer in a singular scene together yet I have Newcomer and Edmund and Newcomer and Tui so I figured since they are getting married I may as well draw one of their scenes. I liked the wishing well scene because it sort of summarizes many of the key themes in BATPOTC regarding the idea that simply living life freely is one of the most beautiful things in life and the fact that it all ends is what makes it so precious. As the song says it: "How rare and beautiful it is to even exist." Of course, they don't really realize that in the moment but it sort of lays the groundwork for that theme to later be materialized (and hopefully) eventually become fully understood by the characters as well. It also serves as a jumping off point for Innkeeper to be more comfortable sharing her emotions and understanding that idea that you can't be helped without putting words to your problems. There's also the fact that it involves a wishing well which is aesthetic.
